1 General Terms and Applicability

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.2 Other Promotions

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once (unless a specific promotion states otherwise).
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Engaging in prohibited activities while using a bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

When playing in the sports betting, live casino, slots and other game categories on the maga mcw platform, certain general rules must be followed.

7.1 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In sports betting, bets can be placed up until an event starts; in live betting, bets can be placed on ongoing matches in specific markets, but bets are not accepted once an event or market is closed.

7.2 Finality of Game Results

The result received from the game provider's software is considered final. In Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games, each round's result is independent and not influenced by previous results.

7.3 Multi-Bets

When betting on multiple events together (multi-bet or parlay), a full win is only paid if all selections are correct. If even one selection loses, the entire bet amount is lost.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Technical Errors and Disputes
